The CRC is the national certification for rehabilitation counselors. In life care planning it is one of the qualifying credentials for CLCP certification and supports the plan's coverage of rehabilitation services, assistive technology, community reintegration, supported living, and the day-program and vocational services that adults with disabilities use across the life span.
Florida's Circuit Courts hear personal injury and medical malpractice claims, the latter preceded by a mandatory pre-suit investigation period. Workers' compensation disputes are heard by the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims rather than by the courts.
