The CRC is the national certification for rehabilitation counselors. In life care planning it is one of the qualifying credentials for CLCP certification and supports the plan's coverage of rehabilitation services, assistive technology, community reintegration, supported living, and the day-program and vocational services that adults with disabilities use across the life span.
New Mexico civil claims are tried in the District Courts, and medical malpractice claims against qualified providers go first to a medical review commission. Workers' compensation claims are decided by judges of the Workers' Compensation Administration.
