The CRC is the national certification for rehabilitation counselors. In life care planning it is one of the qualifying credentials for CLCP certification and supports the plan's coverage of rehabilitation services, assistive technology, community reintegration, supported living, and the day-program and vocational services that adults with disabilities use across the life span.
Oregon civil claims are tried in the Circuit Courts. Workers' compensation is administered by the Workers' Compensation Division, with disputed claims heard by administrative law judges and the Workers' Compensation Board.
