Biography

Cara Creighton serves as Life Care Plan Administrator with the practice, supporting the development and coordination of comprehensive life care planning services.

Cara holds a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Studies, which covered disability, rehabilitation, vocational services, and the resources individuals may require following injury or changes in functional ability.

In her role, Cara assists with organizing and administering life care planning cases. This includes reviewing medical and rehabilitation records, coordinating providers, documenting cases, and collecting the information necessary to support comprehensive evaluations and plans. She works closely with rehabilitation professionals, medical providers, attorneys, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to help ensure each case is thorough, organized, and responsive to the individual needs of the client.
